Example:
Traditional vehicle window glass run channels are usually made of EPDM rubber and the surface is covered with flocking (nylon fibers) or abrasion resistant PU coating. Hebei Shida Seal Group successfully developed glass run channel made of Thermoplastic Vulcanizates(TPV) and glass run channel made of EPDM rubber with TPE slip-coating. The abrasion resistance is greatly improved.
TPV Applications:
Our extruded TPV can also be used for other parts in automotive weather sealing system like door seals,inner and outer belt line seals, hood seals, cowl seals,corner molding seals,roof line seals, etc.
