The common usage for Rubber and PVC extrusions are in applications such as sealing, noise control, vibration, and decorative trim. We offer a full range of products, for any application, in a wide array of materials. We can also offer a complete extrusion design service, able to fit any application. We can further carry out post or in – fabrication such as; cutting, drilling, punching, notching, and slotting. From a simple cord or rectangle, to a complex co-extruded or clip-on product with die cutting, Hebei Shida Seal Group can help you.
We are also able to customise compounds for our customers. The elastomers in our standard rubber extrusions are either weather-resistant EPDM or NBR. However, we are also able to offer extrusions in Silicone, Coloured EPDM, Nitrile and Plastic. If your unique application requires a higher level of performance, Neoprene, Viton* and Buna N may be an option.
