Features:
- EPDM Bulb Trims with Side Bulb: This rubber seal from Hebei Shida Seal Group has a trim section with interior tongues for gripping and a solid metal reinforcement for impact resistance.
- Dual Durometer Seal: The bulb section of this EPDM seal is made of compressible sponge rubber, which has a cellular structure. The trim section is made of solid EPDM rubber for impact resistance. The bulb and the trim each have a different durometer, or hardness (Shore A).
- Weather Resistant: EPDM rubber provides environmental sealing and resists ultraviolet (UV) light, oxygen and ozone, water and weather, and hot and cold temperatures. It is suitable for either indoor or outdoor use.
- Endless Applications: It is used in various heavy equipment and transportation applications. Examples include a door seal on forestry equipment, a window seal for a car, a door seal for a truck, or a hatch seal for a boat or RV.
- Easy to Install: Press the trim section over an edge or flange by hand or use hand tools such as a rubber mallet. The gripping tongues help to attach the trim section of this rubber seal to the edge or flange and hold it in place without the use of clips, glue, or fasteners.
